Service Description
A staff member will contact you to confirm your appointment. A $100 deposit is required to reserve the appointment and will apply towards services rendered. If your insurance covers your visit, your deposit will be returned to you. Failing to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full fee.
