We strongly believe that we can’t ask you, our clients, to do things we wouldn’t be willing to do ourselves. That means being self-reflective, showing our vulnerability, taking risks, and speaking up about the things that matter to us. We’ll be taking turns blogging about the themes that show up regularly in our work as psychologists and therapists.
