Interaction Dynamics has dedicated, well-trained, and effective clinicians who are committed to understanding and addressing your needs. Each of our clinicians has the craft, passion, and expertise to really help you create change. 

Robert (Uri) Heller, Ph.D. is the president of Interaction Dynamics. He is a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree in organizational psychology. Working in the field for over 35 years, he has taught and trained hundreds of students in both the assessment and therapeutic processes. He is both caring and flexible in his approach, and it is always his goal to move his clients forward with clarity. He has been a panel member for various behavioral health companies. He is a graduate of Akron University, and Roosevelt University before completing his doctorate at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has been on the faculty at IIT, DePaul and Adler Universities.Dr. Heller's Psychology Today Profile.

Paula Freedman, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, addictive behaviors, impulse-control problems, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and trauma. Dr. Freedman also provides assessments for testing and diagnosis of ADHD and learning disabilities.  She has been trained in a wide range of treatment interventions and has experience working in and with the school system, community mental health, hospitals, and chemical dependency treatment centers. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as in Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs. She has developed a group therapy curriculum based in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and has facilitated successful groups with adults who suffer from various chronic pain problems and young adults with mood issues. Dr. Freedman's Psychology Today Profile.

Kevin Goldberg, Psy.D. is a post-doctoral fellow who strives to help you learn more about yourself and work towards specific goals.  He specializes in treating adults (18 & up) struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, and enjoys working collaboratively to help alleviate distress while facilitating self-discovery. Dr. Goldberg has worked in community mental health settings, college counseling centers, and forensic facilities. He adapts his skillset appropriately to best help each unique population. He has experience working with individuals who experience difficulty studying, anxiety, depression, and the effects of past trauma, along with a wide range of other psychological disorders.  He also provides evaluations for students who are struggling in school (ADHD/LD).

Gretchen Quattlebaum, M.A. is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Adler University. As an Advanced Extern, she has experience in working with both mood and thought disorders with older adolescents and adults in community mental health and college settings. Gretchen believes that much change can come when there is a genuine therapeutic alliance. Through Gretchen’s authentic relational approach, she hopes to promote insight into how you understand yourself, relate to others, and find meaning in your life. 

Gesa Kohlmeier, M.A. is currently completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Adler University. She is fluent in German. Her holistic approach involves working collaboratively and creatively to help you strive towards a better self. This means identifying and combating struggles and recognizing and striving towards what is truly important and meaningful to you. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Gesa has worked with individuals with mood disorders, substance use disorders, as well as traumatic stress and severe mental illness.

Patricia Voloschin-Weiner, ASW. has been working as a therapist with children, adults, and couples for the past 17 years and has addressed a variety of issues such as domestic violence, child abuse, substance abuse, trauma, immigration/acculturation, grief and loss, mental illness, and developmental disabilities. She has served on numerous tasks forces and advisory boards regarding child Hispanic mental health issues. Patricia received a Masters of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University in Psychology and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Illinois. Since 1998, Patricia is a certified Divorce Mediator. Patricia grew up in Argentina, where her family still resides, and is fluent in Spanish and recognized for her professional and volunteer work in the Latino community.
