	Robert (Uri) Heller, Ph.D. is the president of Interaction Dynamics. He is a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree in organizational psychology. This combination allows him to take into perspective the work environment in his treatment processes. He has served as a school psychologist, worked with school administrators as director of the public administration program at De Paul University, and has been a panel member for various behavioral health companies, He serves as a court expert in cases involving trauma and abuse issues. He is a graduate of Akron University, and Roosevelt University before completing his doctorate at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
	Patricia Voloschin-Weiner, ASW. has a varied professional background. She has been working as a therapist with children, adults, and couples for the past 17 years and has addressed a variety of issues such as domestic violence, child abuse, substance abuse, trauma, immigration/acculturation, grief and loss, mental illness, and developmental disabilities. Patricia has been tendered as an expert at Cook County Juvenile court and the Cook County Circuit Court. Patricia, who has been in solo practice since 1990, has served on numerous tasks forces and advisory boards regarding child Hispanic mental health issues. Patricia received a Masters of Arts degree form Eastern Illinois University in Psychology and a Masters of Public Health from the University of Illinois. Since 1998, Patricia is a certified Divorce Mediator. Patricia grew up in Argentina, where her family still resides, and is fluent in Spanish. Patricia has been recognized for her professional and volunteer work in the Latino community.
