Interaction Dynamics has been successfully assisting individuals to maximize their effectiveness. Our independent evaluations identify what barriers keep the employee from doing their best, getting back to work after an injury or emotional trauma and what steps are necessary to help them return to work.

Our clinical mission is to enable each individual to live in a fully-functioning manner. This is accomplished by understanding the job demands and providing treatment plans that are measurable, as well as offering and/or monitoring individual and/or peer group treatment. Often, individuals can get back to work earlier when provided with support systems. The benefit from short-term treatment programs is that the employee is more likely to remain productive, and less likely to relapse.

We have developed specialized assessment and treatment programs for employees who 1) have been injured and have difficulty returning to work, 2) require an Independent Medical (Psychological) Evaluation to determine their status and capacity to work, 3) require a Fitness for Duty Evaluation due to changes in their behavior that question their ability to perform their duties, and 4) have been traumatized through verbal or physical abuse and assault, stress, or other traumatic events resulting in their inability to cope on the job.
